𝐈𝐧𝐧𝐨𝐯𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐠𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 often looks solid on paper.
→ Clear structures.
→ Regular updates.
→ Visible support from senior leadership.
And yet ownership is still missing.
≠ Not because nobody cares.
= But because responsibility is spread so evenly that 𝐧𝐨 𝐨𝐧𝐞 𝐜𝐚𝐧 𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐥𝐲 𝐝𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐝𝐞.
Dashboards and committees create reassurance.
They rarely create accountability.

Sometimes that means carrying execution risk.
