𝐈𝐧𝐧𝐨𝐯𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐠𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 often looks solid on paper.
→ Clear structures.
→ Regular updates.
→ Visible support from senior leadership.

And yet ownership is still missing.
≠ Not because nobody cares.
