𝟵𝟱 % of companies see 𝗻𝗼 𝗺𝗲𝗮𝘀𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗯𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗰𝘁 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗔𝗜. 👉 The real question for every company is: 𝗵𝗼𝘄 𝘁𝗼 𝗯𝗲 𝗮𝗺𝗼𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝟱% that make AI deliver measurable results?

That finding set the tone for our first 𝗜𝗻𝗻𝗼𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗙𝗿𝗶𝗱𝗮𝘆 on 26 September at Skupina TTC in Prague.

🎤 Keynote by Martin Čmejrek (The MAMA AI)
With over 15 years of research experience at IBM, Martin shared and debated findings from MIT’s “𝘛𝘩𝘦 𝘎𝘦𝘯𝘈𝘐 𝘋𝘪𝘷𝘪𝘥𝘦: 𝘚𝘵𝘢𝘵𝘦 𝘰𝘧 𝘈𝘐 𝘪𝘯 𝘉𝘶𝘴𝘪𝘯𝘦𝘴𝘴 2025.” Together with over 90 colleagues present in the room and online, Martin explored what these results mean for companies in practice.

Martin showed that 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗹 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗲 is not access to AI, but using it with purpose. Too many firms experiment without clarity.

The few that succeed:
🔵define a measurable goal and KPI,
🔵test one isolated problem in a safe environment,
🔵use complementary AI tools to cross-check each other and verify results – as he put it, “𝑎𝑙𝑙 𝑡ℎ𝑒 𝑎𝑛𝑔𝑟𝑦 𝑚𝑒𝑛 𝑛𝑒𝑒𝑑 𝑡𝑜 𝑎𝑔𝑟𝑒𝑒”.

👉 For TTC companies, the challenge is clear: look for AI use cases not only in routine tasks, but also in areas where you have enough data to train reliable models.

💡 𝗙𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗶𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗽𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗲
Within TTC, Mycroft Mind presented their own path of experimenting with AI. Tomáš G., business team colleague and tech enthusiast used vibe coding to develop tools that are already in daily use:
🔷 a smart product catalogue to help sales teams,
🔷 a scraper that scans Czech and EU funding calls and improves with feedback.

As Mycroft Mind CEO Matěj Vichr reminded us, grassroots experiments are valuable. But critical business processes need robust, well-managed systems that can outlast individual initiative.
